Maritime cybersecurity within the framework of Global Cybersecurity Services is provided by one of the most exciting and well-planned internship options among the various sectors in which internships are being conducted.
This unit is the foundation of the Carnival Fleet’s digital security, protecting ships, passengers, and teams, and safeguarding the ever-evolving Cyber;security System (OT) from attacks on operational technology. This group ensures the integrity, security, and confidentiality of all coastal and marine systems.
As a maritime cybersecurity intern, I will study real cybersecurity issues unique to the maritime sector. This position combines innovation, requirements, and technology compliance to provide me with foundational knowledge of protecting one of the world’s largest cruise HICs.
Research and evaluate international cybersecurity practices that have advanced in operational technology (OT). Support documentation and maintenance of conformance protocols and marine system providers.

Be aware of how digital security in international Maritime Cybersecurity Regulations (IMO, ISM Code) is affected. Learn how to assess and record audit procedures for cybersecurity and key principles.
Find out about supplier evaluations, response monitoring, and cyber maturation models. Develop an understanding of the evaluation of safety and risk management in Part 3.
Indirect intervention in a global atmosphere with techniques and order compliance. Thanks to this experience, there is a solid foundation for future positions in cybersecurity and marine technology management.
